Returning Students 2022-23
Forms for students returning for the 2022-23 school year will be collected at registration in August for Middle and High School students. Elementary forms will be collected on the first day of school.
Documents/Forms to be returned to student's school site
Only three forms (in English or Spanish) are required for returning students. Please download, complete, and sign these forms. Bring them to registration (grade 6-12) or the first day of school (grades 1-5).
